Meet the
Keramitech Laboratory
Our digital dental laboratory is located in Miami, Florida, and specializes in digital planning and 3D printing allows us to provide customized solutions thanks to state-of-the-art technology.

DIGITAL PLANNING
We implement a workflow based on digital planning to achieve predictable results, allowing the patient to visualize the outcome before starting treatment. We rely on advanced techniques such as CAD design software, scanners, 3D printers, and CT scans.
INNOVATIONS IN DENTAL MATERIALS
We implement cutting-edge technologies that allow the use of state-of-the-art biocompatible materials, such as:
- PEEK
- Hybrid ceramics for milling
- Hybrid resins for 3D printing
- Lithium disilicate
- Feldspathic ceramics
- High esthetic zirconia
INTEGRATION WITH IOS FILES
We use the EASY View 3D system to share photos, videos, and video conferences to discuss cases live in real time. If you use iTero or Medit in your dental office, you can communicate directly and faster with us when sending files.
USE OF CAD/CAM SOFTWARE
We implemented Dental Wings coDiagnostix software for treatment planning and guided surgery for implants and the design of stackable surgical guides.
We also use the Exocad design software with the following modules:
- Crowns and bridges
- Model maker
- Smile design
- Implants and custom bars
- Metal framework
- Full dentures
- Temporary crowns
3D PRINTING TECHNIQUES
We implement the use of software and 3D printers to have a 100% digital flow, obtaining 3D prints of:
- 3D models
- Models for gingiva mask
- Try -In
- Complete dentures
- Hybrid prosthesis
- Preparation guides
- Hybrid resin crowns
- Temporary crowns
- Mock Ups
AESTHETIC SET
Includes:
- Digital planning (photos and smile design)
- Mockups (Printed model and mock-up shell)
- Preparation guides and matrix for provisionalization
- 6 to 10 units (crowns and/or veneers)
SINGLE CROWN IN ZIRCONIA OR LITHIUM DISILICATE
We use multilayer esthetic zirconia and lithium disilicate with feldspar components for natural fluorescence in vestibular esthetic layering (CUT-BACK).
Turnaround time (TAT): 5 days
VENNERS IN ZIRCONIA OR LITHIUM DISILICATE
Multilayer ultra-translucent zirconia is special for veneers with high bonding capacity to the tooth.
These are manufactured with a special milling technique that provides greater resistance, color stability, and marginal sealing, compared to injection systems.
MONOLITHIC CROWN IN ZIRCONIA OR LITHIUM DISILICATE
At Keramitech Laboratory, we elaborate monolithic crowns with a fast staining technique that allows us a delivery time of 3 to 4 days.
MARYLAND IN ZIRCONIA, LITHIUM DISILICATE, OR COMPOSITE
We offer a minimally invasive esthetic restoration if you require a long-term, temporary, or definitive prosthesis.
INLAYS — ONLAYS IN ZIRCONIA, LITHIUM DISILICATE, OR COMPOSITE
We use hybrid resins because of their mechanical behavior and for their esthetic, which are very similar to natural teeth.
HYBRID PROSTHESIS FP1 – FP2 – FP3
Includes:
- Attachments for implants
- Test Immediate Provisional (3D printed)
- Hybrid Prosthesis made in:
- PMMA
- Zirconia
- Zirconia over Titanium bar
- Toronto Bridge
CROWN ON Ti-BASE
Information required to make an implant-supported restoration:
- Implant brand
- Platform size
- Intramucosal depth
- Abutment height (applies only to Ti-BASE)
CUSTOMIZED ABUTMENT
We manufacture custom abutments for a wide range of implant brands, using pre-milled titanium blanks and ensuring the connection is milled at the factory.

FLEXIBLE PARTIALS
At Keramitech Laboratory, we utilize advanced technology to create 3D-printed flexible partial dentures, employing cutting-edge biocompatible resins and injected Polyamide for optimal results.
COMPLETE DENTURE
Highest quality 3D printed full dentures with high strength resins and teeth printed in hybrid resin with ceramic content.
Includes:
- Tray -In monobloc
SNAP ON SMILE
Fully esthetic device made of flexible 3D printed resins with easy removal and insertion. It is a reliable and esthetic solution to improve the size and color of teeth, even when there are missing pieces.
TEMPORARY RESTORATIONS
Digitally fabricated on the model before preparing the patient. These restorations are 3D printed and machined in PMMA.
STACKABLE SURGICAL GUIDES
Thanks to its extensive implant library, we rely on the coDiagnostix software to perform:
- Bone reduction
- Full arch implant positioning
- Guide for temporary prosthetic fixation
- Immediate screw-retained provisional prosthesis
DIGITAL TREATMENT PLANNING WITH SURGICAL GUIDANCE
Surgical guides for single implant treatment.
This is the work process in our digital dental laboratory.
Initial consultation and preliminary models
We request photographs taken during the consultation and obtain preliminary models of the patient.
Digital planning in the dental laboratory
We perform detailed digital planning and send the digital file for the patient to visualize his future restoration.
3D printing and mockup
We create a 3D print of a mockup model with preparation guides and dies for temporizing.
Production and final delivery
We produce veneers, crowns, and dentures, guaranteeing a final delivery that meets the highest quality standards.
Intraoral scan reception
We receive the final print scan thanks to our affiliations with systems such as iTero (Code: 317840) and Medit.
Working with leading systems worldwide
At Keramitech we implement iTero and Medit in our scanning processes, which allow us to provide high-quality results and optimize our customers’ workflow
Intraoral scans reception code is 317840 (iTero).
